Genentech is a leading biotechnology company that discovers, develops, manufactures and commercializes medicines to treat patients with serious or life-threatening medical conditions.

Genentech was in need of an Event and Asset Management System that could be customized to their needs and requirements. A major issue Genentech was contending with was their assets were scattered and therefore difficult to manage.

With very specific metrics and event details to be captured, Event Express had to be tailored to accommodate Genentech’s workflows and framework. Additionally, all data had to be consolidated into one system that Genentech reps and managers could access through various tiers of permission-based log-ins.

LOOKING WITHIN

Eventi express demoed Event Express to Genentech managers and exhibit reps to scope out specific data to be captured. Genentech was able to explore an array of options and modifications through brainstorming sessions, which formed the foundation of the development of their custom Event Express software.

Working alongside Genentech’s Exhibit House, eventi express helped collect and upload all Genentech assets into Event Express and scoped out future changes that Genentech required.

With the deployment of Event Express, eventi provided training on how to use the system and continues to provide on-going support.

SUPPORTING THE BRIGHT MINDS OF THE FUTURE

With Event Express Genentech was able to maximize its event marketing and asset usage and improve their event operations. The consolidated system allowed reps from across North America to access, utilize and manage pre-approved assets with ease, while also keeping tabs on with whom and where said assets are.

Management had high-level oversight on key metrics and data on how assets were being used and are now able to compare estimated costs versus actual costs of events and assets to determine ROI. With the addition of automated reporting, it consolidated and streamlined crucial information as required by the stakeholders.
